Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The Hire process was very straight forward. It got slightly complicated when we realised that the security deposit had to be in cash or bank transfer rather than a swipe of a credit card. That is not a criticism of the owner, but more of the system. coming up with 1000 euros was a bit of a surprise!.
The Van itself was lovely. Clean and well presented. Rahel, the owner explained everything to us clearly and gave us some tips. The only slight issues were that the power cable that we used to attach to a campsite power supply was very short indeed which made selecting a pitch and the way you parked in it very awkward sometimes. We also could have used an awning or a large umbrella in the van. a bit more shade would have been nice. With those minor issues aside its a great van,which very comfortably slept the my wife and I and our 8 year old daughter very comfortably. Highly recommended for the van and the hirer! Thank you
