Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Muito boa experiência! A viagem correu bem e os proprietários são muito simpáticos e sempre disponíves para qualquer esclarecimento. A Sunny é uma AC moderna, espaçosa e fácil de conduzir, excelente para a nossa viagem com 2 adultos e 2 crianças. Foi a nossa primeira viagem numa AC e sem dúvida que recomendamos a "nossa" Sunny!

The renter is very clear in het communication, which is very nice. And helps very quickly with anything you need.
The camper is great. Has everything you need.
We traveled very convenient with our young kids of 2 and 4.
The beds are great, I am 1,95m and fitted perfectly in the big double bed above the cab.
The camper drives like a normal car but is big. So small villages are possible but a bit stressful.
We would recommend hiring this camper!

O aluguer correu muito bem. A entrega foi feita com toda a explicação devida e completa. Durante a viagem, Sunny nunca apresentou problemas e teve sempre uma condução espetacular. É um ótimo veículo para uma família com duas crianças, a cama de casal e as duas camas do beliche são muito espaçosas. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos, acompanham todo o processo e sempre prontos a ajudar.
