In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Très bonne location, le van est conforme au descriptif. Très agréable.
Carole et Jean-Marc sont très arrangeants concernant les horaires de récupération et dépose.

Un petit van tout équipé et super fonctionnel, état neuf, génial en couple ou entre amis! On a passé un super week-end. Le propriétaire est agréable et conciliant sur nos deux petits retard, merci encore pour ce bon moment! On repensera à vous pour de futurs vacances dans le coin!

Le van était très propre, bien aménagé et au niveau de nos attentes.
Le propriétaire très disponible, à l'écoute et agréable.
La conduite est très facile, comme une voiture.
On a loué pour 3 personnes pour le week-end et c'est super bien passé. On hésite pas en louer encore le même van.

C'était la première fois que nous partions en vacances en van et c'etait un super moment. Le camion est vraiment parfait avec tout le confort pour passer de bon moment même dans des endroits isolés.
