Válter's Converted van

Super moment passé au Portugal. Valentin est quelqu'un de super qui sais être à l'écoute et  vous conseille en cas de besoin. Après une présentation du van, il nous a laissé les clef de son bébé et c'est partie pour l'aventure. Douche, WC tout l'essentiel est là et la vie en van est apaisante et synonyme de liberté. Si vous hésitez n'attendez plus et foncé.

Nous avons malheureusement eu une mauvaise expérience avec ce van. Au niveau de l'accueil, notre hôte Valter est irréprochable ! Par contre on a eu plusieurs soucis: mauvaises odeurs provenant du siphon de douche, mauvaise évacuation de l'eau de la douche, douche en bois et joints fatigués; l'eau fuit à l'extérieur de la douche et donc à l'intérieur du van, nous avons remplacer la bouteille de gaz au bout du 4ème jour mais le format est loin d'être standard; nous avons du faire une quinzaine de lieu, nous avons perdu du temps, des kms, de l'argent. Après avoir finalement changé de bouteille, le mécanisme "fait maison" n'a pas fonctionné. Selon nous, les différents montages électriques et gaz sont largement à revoir ! Personnellement, nous partirons à l'avenir sur une location via des agences pour éviter ce genre de problèmes.

Looking for a van that takes you from Spot A to B over to C and a good friend in need? Well look no further - Valter has it all! I was visiting Portugal for 2 weeks with my girlfriend Steffi and we had a wonderful time with the help of Valter's van. The car itself is amazing, reliable and really comfy and driving feels perfectly smooth. I am used to be driving in plain land with no hills / mountains whatsoever therefore driving in Portugal was quite the task for me at the beginning but it did not take long to feel confident to hit the streets with the van - highly recommended! Valter himself is just a really lovely human - he told us we can contact him whenever we want or if we need any kind of recommendations, thank you so much again for the great guidance and all the information you shared with us :) <3

We had an amazing time travelling through Portugal by van.

It was super easy to drive, park and use in our daylife. We enjoyed every equipment and can only recommend you to live this experience with Valter's van.

Valter is extremely kind, always here to answer our questions even after our rental. He is also very professionnal and do the things seriously.

Otherwise, if you come from Porto, don't worry it is super easy to come to Esmoriz by the train. It is less than 5€ per person, there is lots of trains all day long, it is 35min, and here you are !

Perfect holiday in Válters Van!

We had a very enjoyable trip down the West-coast of Portugal - not only due to the well-equipped, super-comfortable and very reliable camper, but also because of the excellent service provided by the owner. Válter is extremely friendly and helpful, he was available for advice and assistance at any time before and during our journey - shuttle service from and to the station in Esmoriz, easy-going pick-up/drop-off and introduction of the van plus good travelling tips included! Pictures and description of the camper met our expectations by all means and we would choose it any time again. 

Foi a nossa primeira vez e não podia ter sido melhor! O furgão tem tudo o que precisávamos, até mais do que estávamos à espera. Muito fácil de conduzir e rapidamente se torna familiar. O Valter foi impecável, muito simpático e sempre disponível. Recomendamos e esperamos repetir!!! 

Foi a primeira experiência em autocaravana, 2 adultos e 2 crianças.

Foi explicado o funcionamento de forma clara e esteve sempre disponível para responder quando as dúvidas surgiam durante a viagem. 

A autocaravana é excelente, em excelente estado e com um motor com um bom desempenho.

Experiência a repetir!

it was just perfect : from the start (beeing picked up at the railwaysation and sightseeing tour to the beach) via troubleless joy with the ideal van ( beautiful and unique beaches could be reached)  to the very end (with philosophical exchange of concerns about our planet and the lift back to the trainstation)

They are very cool. They drove us back after the journey to the train station and helped us to get the right ticket and the right train. 

During our trip they stayed available in case of issues or question about the van and more.

The Van is well equipped and was very clean. From the outside and inside.

It was our first time making a roadtrip with a van and we enjoyed every single moment.

We recommend it without a doubt.

Big thanks to Catia and Valter for this experience. They are an extremely kind and cool couple. They picked us up from the station, and drove us back after the journey, they spent some time with us to make us discover Esmoriz and have nice chats. And they stayed available during our trip in case of issues or question about the van.

The Van itself is perfectly well equipped, in such a compact package. Although it is probably quite heavy, it was powerful enough to drive normally on the motorway. Being the first time that i drove a Van, i was surprised about how easy and manageable it actually is, even for parking or driving in the city.

I recommend it without a doubt.

PARFAIT !! Vehicule bien agencé. Les propriétaires  sont sympathiques et très arrangeants. Les dimentions du vehicules sont parfaites 4m x2m . L isolation et les equipements intérieurs sont eux aussi parfaits. Nous avons adoré voyager dans ce van. Nous avons été  triste de nous séparer du van. A refaire imperativement merci

A nossa pequena viagem pelas costas da Galiza foi simplesmente magnifica. Inicialmente tive algum receio pois nunca tinha conduzido um furgão, mas facilmente me habituei, e até me surpreendi com a destreza que tive quando me aventurei em centros urbanos congestionados sem problemas. O furgão é muito facil de conduzir.
  No interior não faltou nada, tudo meticulosamente pensado pelo Valter e pela Cátia. O furgão deles foi a uma excelente companhia na nossa viagem, que nos permitiu ter uma grande experiencia de autocaravanismo e disfrutar da liberdade para ir onde quisermos.
Adoramos e certamente iremos repetir.

Usufruímos da carrinha durante 5 dias numa ida à Galiza. A carrinha é espetacular, totalmente equipada e com todas as comodidades que se possam desejar em contexto de viagem à descoberta da natureza. Além disso é extremamente fácil de conduzir, muito como um carro vulgar. Aconselho vivamente!

El viaje ha sido perfecto!! Respecto a la Camper muy pero que muy satisfechos, tal cuál como se describe, además Catia y Valter han pensado hasta el más mínimo detalle para que no falte nada de lo indispensable para poder pasar unos días cómodos y agradables.

Camper en perfecto estado, con una limpieza impecable y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin ningún problema. Nosotros hemos dormido, duchado y cocinado en la camper y sin ningún problema. 

Llegamos en avión al aeropuerto de Oporto, y con las indicaciones que Catia y Valter nos dieron, llegamos muy bien hasta la estación de Esmoriz. Allí estaba Valter para recibirnos a la hora que habíamos marcado. 

Hemos recibido muy buen trato, son personas super cercanas y amables, han estado pendiente de nosotros durante todo el viaje por si necesitabamos algo. 

Recomendable al 100%.
