Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Mais uma vez decidimos alugar a autocaravana do Sr Vitor e mais uma vez correu tudo muito bem. O Sr Vitor cada ano que passa tem aprimorado a AC para que a viagem se torne mais agradável. Agradeço ao Sr. Vitor toda a sua disponibilidade e para o ano se tudo correr bem cá estaremos a alugar de novo.

Mais um ano em que decidimos alugar uma autocaravana para conhecer o nosso Portugal, desta fez alugamos através da Yescapa, foi a escolha certa. O Vitor é um excelente anfitrião, desde o início da reserva até ao último dia de viagem foi sempre prestável, para qualquer esclarecimento relativo ao funcionamento da autocaravana. A autocaravana tem tudo o que é preciso para ter um fim-de-semana ou férias agradáveis e com tranquilidade. Recomendo esta autocaravana

Foi uma experiência muito positiva. O proprietário é muito simpático e atencioso. Teve cuidado em contactar o cliente atempadamente e disponibilidade para responder a dúvidas mesmo durante a viagem. O anúncio estava muito completo e as imagens fazem jus ao veículo. A carrinha é espaçosa, muito confortável e está equipada com tudo o que é essencial. Só tivemos pena que a semana tivesse passado tão rápido! (o que é sinal que esteve tudo muito bem ;-)
