Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Antonio is absolutely the best! He helped us in every situation with kindness and attention and did everything to make sure that we will have the best vacation.
The van is well equipped and comfortable. The driving experience was great, the van is very strong and handled in any terrain.

Ottima comunicazione, Antonio super disponibile sia nel corso della prenotazione che durante il viaggio (se necessario).
Il van ha tutto il necessario, letto, tavolo e sedie, fornello, pentole e stoviglie... oltre ad un meraviglioso frigorifero che regale emozioni indescrivibili quando fuori ci sono 40 gradi.
Nonostante la sua età, il van non ha dato alcun problema.

Couldn't recommend Antonio more. He and Elena and family showed such kindness to both of us, giving us a ride from the airport to Verbania, letting us stay an extra night in the van for free, with a free breakfast... And even after unfortunately there was some damage done to the van, Antonio was always around to give advice and assistance, and even let me stay in his spare apartment for free. Their kindness has been inspirational, and they are some of the best people I have ever met. Rent this camper!!!!!!!!!!!

Per due volte in meno di un anno, abbiamo desiderato fortemente ripetere questa esperienza, affidandoci nuovamente ad Antonio ed al suo mezzo, con cui ci siamo trovati perfettamente a nostro agio grazie soprattutto alla disponibilità ed alla passione che Antonio ci mette e che ti trasmette. É un valore aggiunto non di poco conto. Mezzo curato, affidabile e ritrovato ancora migliorato; nella lista delle migliorie riporto il riscaldamento Webasto, non di poco conto, che permette di vivere fantastiche esperienze anche nelle stagioni più fredde; il letto è estremamente comodo, permette ronfate pazzesche!
Questa volta abbiamo viaggiato 4 giorni in Francia da Chamonix a Porquerolles, tutto perfetto; il furgone ti accoglie e non ti delude mai, accompagnandoti in un'esperienza ricca di emozioni ed in totale serenità!😉😊

Antonio è un proprietario molto attento,parlando con lui percepisci subito la passione che ha verso questi mezzi. Accetta consigli per cercare di migliorare sempre più. Il mezzo ci è piaciuto molto, affidabile e spazioso. Era la prima volta che affittavamo questo tipo di camper.Contentissimi , sicuramente ripeteremo questa esperienza. Grazie ad Antonio

Fantastic Van! We drove this car from Milan through Switzerland and into the Dolomites! Very practical size for the small mountain roads and steep inclines! No troubles at all. Comfy sleep and storage space available!
Antonio & his wife were very helpful and made the experience stress free. They provided us with sites to see and advice on driving in Italy. Very happy! Thankyou!!

Il mio viaggio con il Caddy è stato davvero speciale..una piccola tana, facile da guidare, da posteggiare, da abitare, nonostante gli spazi piccoli non manca nulla!
Antonio è una persona speciale, disponibile, affidabile e che ci mette la sua anima perchè il viaggio e il mezzo siano il massimo del confort e che non manchi nulla..per me esperienza dieci e lode..la consiglio senza un dubbio

We drove all around Italy with Antonio's vintage van for 3 weeks. Despite it is an old vehicle it covered all of our needs and we had a great experience. Antonio was really helpful and present throughout the whole trip and made the pick-up and drop-off procedure smooth. We'd definitely recommend it to those who seek true road trip vibes!
Abbiamo girato per l'Italia con il furgone d'epoca di Antonio per 3 settimane. Nonostante sia un vecchio veicolo, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze e abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza. Antonio è stato davvero disponibile e presente durante tutto il viaggio e ha reso agevole la procedura di ritiro e riconsegna. Lo consigliamo vivamente a coloro che cercano le vere vibrazioni del viaggio su strada!

Il camperino ha qualche annetto, ma la cura e le attenzioni che Antonio, l'entusiasta proprietario, dedica alla sua "tartaruga" e a noi ancor prima di partire, sono la testimonianza di quanto ci tenga a vederci sicuri e felici. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana facendo un giro alla Sacra di San Michele e poi verso la lavanda piemontese, Demonte e Sale San Giovanni, poi le risaie del Vercellese e, all'ultimo, una sosta anche al lago di Mergozzo, senza alcun problema: uno slow-drive rilassato ed eccitante. E' la prima volta con il camper: la praticità e l'immediatezza della sosta, in campeggio o per strada, è incredibile se paragonata alla tenda o all'air-camping. Siamo entusiasti!!! ... stiamo già pensando di comperarne uno ... e ancora un grazie ad Antonio per la sua disponibilità. A presto!
