If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Excellente expérience !
Nous avons passé 3 jours avec un confort au top.
Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et serviables, et cerise sur le gâteaux, extrêmement soigneux. Le véhicule était impeccable, proche du neuf.

Les propriétaires ont été adorables, flexibles, accueillants; quel plaisir de traiter avec des propriétaires si agréables!
Le véhiucle quant à lui était impeccable: moderne, bien entretenu, propre. La boite automatique est un vrai + pour le confort de la conduite. Tout est en excellent état, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
Rien à redire si ce n'est que je recommande très fortement la location de ce véhicule à ces personnes très aimables. Merci encore pour tout!
