Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Schon bei unserem ersten Kontakt empfand ich die Familie Fischer als sehr nett, freundlich und kommunikativ, was sich im Weiteren, bis zur Rückgabe des Wohnmobils fortgesetzt hat. Der gesamte Vorgang der Vermietung ist mit einem 100%-igem positiven Eindruck verlaufen. Das Womo, getauft auf den Namen "Bruno" entsprach komplett unseren Vorstellungen nach der Beschreibung auf Yescapa. Die Ausrüstung bzw. Austattung des Womos hat voll und ganz unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen. Unser Resümee: 

-Vermietung (Übergabe bis Rückgabe): Super und total unklompliziert

-Urlaub in Südschweden und auf Bornholm (DK): tolle Eindrücke + großer Erholungswert, dank der sehr gut ausgestatteten und preisgünstigen Campingplätze

-Bruno, mit seiner Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Komfort war der Garant für einen sehr schönen Urlaub

Jederzeit wieder und mit bester Empfehlung!
