Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La experiencia ha sido increíble, puedes moverte con este tipo de vehículo bastante cómodo ya que pasas como un turismo. Te sientes agusto conduciendo el vehículo, el único "pero" que le podemos haber visto es que no tiene control de crucero.
La furgo está muy equipada, personalmente no lo hemos podido utilizar todo (sillas, toldo, tumbona etc) ya que está prohibido acampar en muchas zonas y nosotros no fuimos a camping.
También tuvimos algún quebradero de cabeza con la temperatura de la nevera.
Ya por último, estuvimos en contacto con Javi siempre, nos preguntaba para ver como iba todo y nos daba consejos!! Un encanto!

La furgoneta está muy bien equipada. Cuenta con todos los detalles y no falta de nada. La comunicación con Javi fue muy fluida y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, además de darnos recomendaciones para nuestro viaje. Una experiencia totalmente recomendable. 10/10.

Ha sido toda una experiencia de 10. Javier el propietario súper atento en todo momento para que no tuviéramos ningún tipo de problema. Hemos estado poquitos días pero la hemos podido aprovechar bien. La camper sin duda es increíble y con muchos detalles, volveremos a repetir en cuanto se pueda.

Es la primera experiencia de este tipo y ha sido maravillosa. Y mucho tiene que ver en esto la amabilidad y disponibilidad de Javi (propietario), quien nos facilitó en todo lo que pudo el viaje poniendo a nuestra disposición la máxima información y consejos y siendo muy flexible para la recogida y devolución de la furgoneta, así como en la gestión de las incidencias. Por otro lado, la furgoneta es sencilla en conducción, y está equipada con gran lujo de detalles para disfrutar de un viaje con todo el confort.

Genial el trato recibido por Javier, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad.
Respecto a la furgoneta, es espectacular, muy cómoda tanto para conducir como para dormir, muy bien acondicionada y equipada. Hemos quedado encantados, si se da la ocasión repetiremos sin duda.
