Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

A autocaravana se mostrou ideal para nossa viagem de 5 dias ao Algarve em família (eu, esposa e meus filhos de 9 e 12 anos). Prática, limpa, arejada, confortável, fácil de conduzir e econômica. É um veículo muito bem conservado, nos mínimos detalhes.
Agora, muito mais surpreendente do que a qualidade da autocaravana foi a atenção, a presteza e o carinho com que o proprietário Rodrigo Cunha nos tratou do início ao fim de nossa aventura. Não tenho palavras para agradecê-lo. Sempre de prontidão para resolver qualquer problema, tirar dúvidas, indicar serviços, sugerir roteiros, etc. Tornou-se um amigo.
Enfim, recomendo fortemente o aluguer desta autocaravana. O melhor custo/benefício que podem encontrar.

Cunha is a very relaxed and polite guy who is always there when you need help. He knows hilarious spaces all around Portugal. The camper is comfortable and equipped with everything needed.

Rodrigo è stato carinissimo con noi! Tre giorni prima della partenza abbiamo avuto un disagio con un altro van, Rodrigo e il suo van ci hanno salvato il viaggio. Grazie a Rodrigo per la bellissima esperienza che ci ha regalato! Il suo van è un classico vecchio van, che arranca un po’ per l’età ma che ti permette di vivere una splendida avventura, è dotato di quasi tutto il necessario, lo consigliamo vivamente! ❤️

Amazing trip with rodriguo's van !
The van is in overall perfect condition, perfect for the road. We were able to descend from Lisbon to Sagres.
The van has all the necessary equipment so super practical for traveling light! Very important point the van is very well equipped so very good for sleeping and being able to store easily to find your way around!
I definitely recommend booking with Rodriguo! He is easily reachable and above all very friendly! We will come back to his place for our next surf trip to Portugal

We did a trip from Lisbon to Sagres and back. The vehicle handover was super easy, Rodrigo showed us around the van explained everything that needed an explanation… cool and caring guy!
The car itself had everything you need for a smooth road trip. Even though the car is a bit older we had no problems during the 9 days of travel. Overall an awesome trip, go for it!

Amazing experience! Rodrigo is super helpful and kind, his Van is supe nice, comfortable and very well equipped. If you are looking for an old-style Van, Rodrigo's Van is perfect, cozy and funny, with its green color and its vintage aspect :) we had an amazing week, thanks to Rodrigo.
