Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Propriétaires très sympathiques et arrangeants. Véhicule dans un excellent état, très agréable à vivre et à conduire et tout à fait adapté à une famille en voyage itinérant. Je recommande cette location.

Belle découverte et réel coup de cœur pour ce mode de voyage itinérant. Les propriétaires très sympathique ont su nous expliquer clairement le fonctionnement de leur magnifique camping car. J'ai hâte de repartir !

Nous avons réalisé notre toute première escapade en Camping-car abord du véhicule de Sabrina. Une magnifique expérience.
Nous étions 5 passagers: 2 adultes, 2 ados et un enfant.
Le véhicule est spacieux, trés bien aménagé (dispose de nombreux rangements) et trés trés bien entretenu (d'une propreté irréprochable).
Bref, merci à Sabrina et Arnaud de la part de toute la famille.

Nous sommes très contents de la location que nous avons faite. Camping car très agréable et confortable. Bien que bruyant il offre tout les équipements pour passer un excellent moment. Merci beaucoup. 😉

Vehículo nuevo, impecable, amplio y en perfecto estado. Gran amplitud. Tiene cinturones de seguridad para 4 pasajeros. Los propietarios explican con todo detalle el funcionamiento. Muy minuciosos en el estado inicial y final del vehículo. Suscribimos el seguro de reducción de franquicia a 500 Euros. Tuvimos un roce. El descuento de la fianza (2500 euros) iba a ser 500 Euros. Tras numerosas llamadas a Yescapa, recuperamos los 2000 euros restantes tres meses después.
