Wir haben sicher den für Sie passenden Van - egal ob für einen Kurztrip am Wochenende, für einen längeren Ausflug oder für einen ausgiebigen Urlaub.
Mit unserem Van ziehen Sie zudem auch die Blicke auf sich. Sie mieten bei uns einen Van der neuesten Modellgeneration. Das Auto ist optisch und technisch aufgewertet worden und befindet sich in einem mängelfreien Zustand. So sind bei uns ein stärkeres Fahrwerk, LM 16", lackierte Stossfänger, Dieselheizung, Klimaautomatik, SOG - Toilette (keine Chemie!!), Solaranlage, modernstes Navigationgerät (LKW - Variante) mit integrierter Campingplatzsoftware und vieles mehr selbstverständlich.
Es verfügt über das gewisse Mehr an Extra. Siehe dazu auch unsere umfangreiche Ausstattung.
Das Fahrzeug ist auf Grund der Dieselheizung und einer der besten Isolierungen auf dem Markt komplett wintertauglich.
Sie erhalten bei uns eine umfangreiche Fahrzeugeinweisung vor Fahrtantritt. Und wenn unterwegs was sein sollte, so sind wir rund um die Uhr für Sie da!
Das Fahrzeug wird an Sie vollgetankt, frisch gewaschen, gereinigt/desinfiziert übergeben. Den Frischwassertank füllen wir Ihnen zu einem Drittel auf und die Schmutzwasserbehälter sind leer. So können Sie sofort starten!
HINWEISE
Es handelt sich bei dem Fahrzeug entgegen der Überschrift um die Modellreihe VIP Road Line.
Unser Fahrzeug verfügt über eine elektronische Mautabrechnung für Portugal, Spanien, Frankreich und Italien. Wenn bei Ihnen Mautgebühren anfallen, werden wir diese mit Ihnen im Nachgang der Anmietung separat abrechnen.
Ebenso hat unser Fahrzeug die Critair - Plakette für Frankreich und die grüne Umweltplakette für Deutschland. Damit können Sie in diesen Ländern überall hinreisen.
Ein Flughafentransfer von/nach Porto ist gegen einen geringen Aufpreis möglich.
Gerne würden wir Ihnen schon eines der neueren Fahrzeuge zur Vermietung anbieten. Jedoch verzögert sich wegen der "Chipkrise" die Auslieferung.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Todo o processo de aluguer do veiculo foi bastante simples, assim como a utilização do mesmo.
O veiculo esta totalmente equipado, com entradas USB e eletricas em todo o veiculo, bastante luz no interior, o que torna possivel estacionar em locais com pouca iluminação. Casa de banho e chuveiro, praticos e em perfeito funcionamento, inclusivamente boa pressão no chuveiro. Todas as janelas estão equipadas com redes mosquiteiras e black outs. Sem duvida que a melhor comodidade deste veiculo é o colchão que se mostrou ser perfeito para 7 noites ou mais, e o facto de o proprietario deixar á disposiçao, cafe, azeite, sal e outros temperos, panos de cozinha, sacos do lixo, esfregoes e todos os produtos para limpar a carrinha no final.
De referir tambem, que é extremamente simples de conduzir para qualquer pessoa.

Hemos podido disfrutar de unas vacaciones agradables y cómodas en furgoneta.
Michael nos enseñó y explico todas las funcionalidades del vehículo, comprobando todo con minuciosidad, proceso que repetimos a la vuelta para realizar la entrega.
Durante el alquiler no tuvimos ningún problema técnico ni complicación con el vehículo.
La furgoneta cuenta con utensilios básicos de cocina y Michael nos dejó también aceite, sal, azúcar, algunas especias y café.
El colchón es muy cómodo y dormimos muy bien, la ropa de cama y almohadas es necesario llevarlos, no se incluyen en el alquiler.
Lo que echamos de menos durante nuestro viaje fue disponer de manguera para poder recargar el depósito de agua, cuando se lo comentamos a Michael por si quería tenerlo en cuenta para futuros alquileres simplemente nos dijo que la manguera no era problema suyo.
También tuvimos que comprar escoba y fregona para poder limpiar en el interior, a pesar de que le ofrecimos dejarlas allí, nos indicó que él tampoco entrega la furgoneta con dichos útiles.
Todo fantástico, aunque siempre se puede mejorar.
