Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Catastrophique, véhicule non préparé (pas le temps apparemment) matériel très vétuste (tuyau de remplissage d'eau de 1m, donc compliqué pour remettre en eau
au bout de deux douche rapide tout les syphons d'évacuation bouchés
sois disant un quatre place heureusement nous étions 3.
intermédiaire incompétente et explication très rapide et succinctes ( c'est pas grave , vous avez un ami qui maîtrise )
réponse concernant la propreté, je vous demande pardon pour l'état du véhicule
c'est vraiment dommage pour une première fois

La autocaravana es espectacular.
Es la primera vez que alquilabamos una y la persona de contacto, Valérie, nos ha resuelto todas las dudas y ha sido muy amable.
Tuvimos un problema debido a un daño causado por el anterior arrendatario pero el propietario lo solucionó correctamente.
Repetiremos, gracias!!
