The "Mercedes Marco Polo", perfect for 4 people, is a real eye-catcher with its sleek beige and black interior. This campervan includes an integrated kitchen with two gas stove plates, a sink, a fridge as well as a pop-up roof, outside shower and awning. In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Merci à l'équipe ROADSURFER de Lyon!! Rébecca, Bryan et Océane !! Une équipe au top !! Bienveillante, pleine de bon conseil. Le véhicule était en super état, très propre et bien équipé! bravo et merci l'équipe de proposer des vans de qualités et en bon état!! Nous sommes partis avec nos deux enfants de 6 ans et 3 ans. Ce fut un vrai bonheur grâce à l'équipe!
juste un regret.......devoir rendre le van ! Mais c'est certain nous repartirons avec ce loueur !!! je recommande vivement les yeux fermés!

Lo staff di Roadsurfer è stato molto gentile ed esplicativo, le indicazioni dell'annuncio sono state molto dettagliate sia sulle modalità di pagamento sia nella spiegazione del veicolo. Bellissima esperienza che consigliamo ,ma soprattutto che vogliamo ripetere.

Pas de problème au niveau de la réservation du véhicule, tout s'est très bien passé.
Nous avons eu un souci après avoir récupéré le véhicule, où nous nous sommes rendu compte qu'il manquait une boucle de ceinture et l'assistance H24 proposée par Roadsurfer n'a pas répondu.

Si tu souhaites louer un campervan pour 5 personnes, le « Beach Hostel Deluxe » sans kitchenette est le bon choix. Le « Surfer Suite » avec cuisine complète, douche extérieure et toit relevable peut accueillir quatre personnes. Les propriétaires de chiens ont raison avec la « Dog Suite ».
