Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Jose Antonio se portó genial con nosotros. Estuvo pendiente tanto antes del viaje como durante de todas nuestras dudas y nos ayudo con todo muchísimo. La furgo está genial, es comodísima, viene totalmente equipada y Jose la deja perfecta para poder realizar el viaje sin ningún problema. Repetiremos 100%

The perfect first-time campervan experience. José was incredibly helpful and nice, picking us even up at the bus station. The van was exactly as described and we enjoyed every minute with it. Highly recommend José and his "furgoneta" :)

Todo súper bien. La furgo de 10, tiene muchas comodidades que te hacen la acampada mucho más fácil. Jose Antonio es un tío muy atento, te contesta a cualquier duda muy rápido y te deja todo lo que esté en su mano para hacerte el viaje más ameno. Repetiremos seguro.

El proceso de alquiler ha sido muy fácil y sin problemas. José sabía muy bien como funciona la app y nos dio las explicaciones pertinentes.
El trato con José fue muy bueno, muy atento y siempre disponible para cualquier duda o problema. La furgoneta es muy fácil de conducir. Se notan los km en el interior pero no nos faltó de nada. Siendo mi primera experiencia, estoy muy contento de su WV!
