The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Majorque pour cette première en van. Nous conseillons le California pour les routes de l'Ile car il est très maniable et adapté pour s'arrêter sur tous les petits parkings "point de vue" pour admirer les panoramas en cours de route.
Le van de Delphine est parfait : propre, récent, bien équipé. Le matelas est très confortable ! La prise en main est bien faite et permet de partir en toute confiance même pour une première fois. Delphine est arrangeante pour l'organisation et partage volontiers ses conseils en amont. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Très bonne semaine de voyage et de liberté avec ce van qui est parfait pour réaliser un roadtrip. Il est en parfait état et est très bien équipé. Il est aussi très facile de prise en main. Super propriétaire. Je recommande.

Fan de sorts nautiques, montagne et nature en général nous découvrons les plaisirs de voyager en van avec nos 2 enfants ! Nous habitons dans une région qui regorge de super spots des étangs de Leucate aux plages de Gruissan, et les Pyrénées juste à coté. Le van est neuf de 2020 (dernier modèle California) et dispose d'un bon chauffage stationnaire donc pas de soucis pour partir avec toute l'année!
