Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Très bonne expérience. M. Douez est quelqu'un de sérieux et de sympathique qui fait tout pour que la location de son camping-car se passe dans de bonnes conditions. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location.
Quant à Yescapa .... nous trouvons que le site, vu la commission prise, n'assume pas totalement ... par exemple sur la réalité des kilomètres compteur annoncés ...

Véhicule trop petit avec un enfant de 8 ans notamment pour le couchage donc véhicule uniquement pour 2 personnes- En milieu de séjour à partir de 22H problèmes électriques avec la cellule donc pas de lumière, pas d'eau et pas de WC étions obligés d'appuyer sur le disjoncteur - On nous signale que les suivants sont satisfaits le problème électrique a donc été résolu : nous en avons donc fait les frais ! Avons rendu le véhicule un jour avant la fin du séjour : attendons suite intervention YESCAPA un dédommagement supplémentaire du propriétaire ....
