Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Je n'avais pour ma part jamais voyagé en van mais tout a été très simple. Le van est très bien aménagé et très bien équipé, tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé.
Nuno est par ailleurs une personne très sympathique, qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement du van. Il a été réactif à nos messages et nous a même partagé quelques uns de ses endroits préférés 🤩
Si je dois retenter l'expérience, je n'hésiterai pas une seconde à relouer le van de Nuno 👌🏻

We had a great trip with this Van. It was perfectly clean and the owner gave us all information about the Van and how to best enjoy the south of Portugal.

It was very easy to communicate with Nuno before and during our trip and the van was occupied with all the belongings you need to spend 2 days away from a camp ground or the civilization. We even didn't spend any night on a camp ground during 6 days. Thanks a lot Nuno!
