About this van

Notre van a l'avantage de se faufiler (presque) partout ! Le véhicule et les équipements sont d'origine (VW California). Il est adapté pour des voyages à 4 (nous l'utilisons avec 2 enfants de moins de 6 ans) avec tout le confort nécessaire à bord (hormis les toilettes et la douche chaude ;-): cuisine, frigo, placards de rangement, penderie; pour le couchage, nous avons rajouté un surmatelas pour le bas et une doublure isotherme du toit relevable pour conserver la chaleur (ou le froid selon les saisons). Côté autonomie, vous disposez d'un réservoir eau propre de 30L et d'un réservoir eaux sales de même capacité; 2 batteries auxiliaires (qui se rechargent en roulant ou en branchant électriquement le véhicule avec le cable (fourni) permettent d'alimenter les appareils (frigo, éclairage, chauffage principalement) et de compter sur 2 à 3j d'autonomie complète (sans rouler, sans recharger) selon les usages. Tout est fonctionnel et en bon état mais nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous donner quelques conseils et explications indispensables avant de partir !

Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.
