Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

We rented Nazarès vintage camper van for two weeks and had an amazing time!
It brought us safely through all of Portugal and gave us just the vibe we wanted.
Easy driven van that runs smoothly, equipped with everything you need for a few weeks on the road. The seating area is easily converted into a bed that fits two people, the fridge kept our food cold and the kitchen made it easy to cook along the way.
The van is really cosy, and makes for a great comfortable home. It has a good size that makes it easy for parking and going through city's, while you can still fully stand up inside.
Nazaré is super nice and very easy to rent from. She was really helpful with tips along the way, always reachable by WhatsApp and overall a great host.
The handover of the van went super smoothly, and Nazaré was really flexible. We decided to rent the van for an extra day, which was no problem at all.
Very happy with our time in Portugal and renting the vintage camper from Nazaré was the best choice. We highly recommending doing the same if you wanna experience Portugal by van.

The experience was super cool. It was the first time we took a van. The van is vintage and is perfect for 2 . The bed is comfortable.
We travelled from the nord to the south of Portugal and the van took us to a several places in 9 days.
It was a good choice, and the organisation was perfect.
Nazaré was nice and always available for any questions.
She also was clear in explaining van's functions.

Abbiamo scelto questo van perché volevamo fare un'esperienza 100% vanlife style!
Ha tutto ciò che serve ed è adatto per 2 persone.
Certamente è un van datato e abbiamo avuto qualche problemino con il serbatoio dell'acqua (dovevamo riempirlo ogni 2 giorni) e inoltre sfortuna ha voluto che non andasse l'accendisigari per caricare i telefoni durante il viaggio e ogni sera dovevamo appoggiargi a qualche bar o compeggio.
A parte questi intoppi dovuti all'età del Van e che probabilmente verranno riparati, ci siamo trovate molto bene. Nazarè è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha spiegato tutto con chiarezza. Van pulito e comodo, man mano che lo si guida ci si prende la mano.
Preparate a farvi le braccia perché il Van non ha il servo sterzo, ma la vostra vacanza sarà comunque bellissima!

The van is old, but drives very well and is spacious for a couple. Nazaré was always helpful when needed. If we're in the area again we'd definitely hire it again!
