If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Lief alles problemlos und sehr nett. Der Kühlschrank war defekt- dafür haben wir aber eine Kühlbox und 100 Euro Rückerstattung erhalten...sehr fair.

Hem estat una setmana amb aquesta furgoneta i ha anat molt bé, tot i que hem sigut previsores i no ens hem posat per camins o carreteres molt empinades perquè la furgoneta és antiga. La Bea ha sigut molt amable i ens ha donat totes les facilitats possibles i sempre ha estat pendent que tot anés bé. Ens van posar llençols, coixins, tovalloles i ulleres de bucejar, i molt agraïdes perquè així no ho vam haver de portar a la maleta.
Tot i així, la nevera estava espatllada i anant a ple agost doncs ens ha obligat a anar comprant aigua freda cada dia i prescidint d'aliments que han d'estar a la nevera. Però ens van retornar 40€ de compensació, i s'agraeix aquest gest. El problema més greu va ser que no funcionaven els endolls per carregar els mòbils i tampoc ens van donar cap solució, i clar, necessitàvem els mòbils per moure'ns per la illa. Això va suposar que haguéssim d'anar a bars per carregar-los.
Per tota la resta va està bé, la camper, tot i ser antiga, té tot el que necessites i més!

Fuimos casi 4 días a conocer la isla y desde el principio Carlos y Bea( la persona que nos entrego la furgo) estuvieron super atentos . Nos indicaron lugares para ver ,comer ,dormir... Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la nevera pero desde el minuto cero ahí estaban para solucionarlo, asique sin duda recomendable la furgo y anfitriones. Volveremos a Ibiza en furgo!!!!
