If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

El propietario muy atento y siempre disponible para alguna duda que nos surgió durante el viaje.
La camper muy nueva y de altisima calidad con todos los extras. Recomendable al 100%.
También nos aconsejó buenos stios para acampar durante nuestro viaje.
Nunca había alquilado una camper tan completa como esta.

Hola, el tracte amb el propietari ha estat excel·lent, el vam haver de trucar per aclarir uns dubtes en un parell d'ocasions i ens va atendre perfectament i molt amablement. El vehícle ha superat les nostres expectatives, hem estat molt bé tant en la conducció com en comoditats, no ho sembla però hi ha molt d'espai pel que fa a armaris per la roba i altres coses. Haig de dir que ha estat fàcil perquè el món CAMPER ja el coneixem una mica, tenim una furgo més petita i una mica preparada per poder-hi dormir. Amb tota seguretat que tornarem a llogar aquest mateix vehicle o d'altres amb altres característiques segons el tipus de viatge que volguem fer, estem molt contents!!
