Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Super expérience avec Yescapa et Andreï ! Nous avons eu un premier échéance avant réservation pour vérifier les conditions/informations. Après réservation nous avons reçu les mails de confirmations et d'informations pour le voyage, parfait et complet. L'échange avec Andreï était très fluide et nous a donnés pleins de tips pour notre road trop sur l'île. Toujours disponible et réponse rapide.
Le van était parfait ! Il est bien aménagé, on avait de la place pour ranger nos affaires sous le lit. Une glacière, très pratique. Nous avions des draps, des serviettes, du shampoing, liquide vaisselle, chargeur, huile d'olive, vinaigre, thé, café... Le van passe pratiquement partout, à vérifier quand même les routes avant de les emprunter.
Je recommande les yeux fermés.

I had a very nice trip Un Andrei's camper. Everything went well. The van is really nice and easy to drive. Andrei was very accommodating, and the island is beautiful!

Andrei es muy servicial y la furgoneta justo lo que necesitas. Nosotros la utilizamos 5 noches para dar una vuelta a la isla y nos gustó mucho. Eso si, tiene que gustarte conducir porque hay carreteras estrechitas donde tu habilidad en el volante se demuestra a cada curva.
El espacio para dormir es suficiente y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y comer. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

A little bit unlucky
We booked an “apparently” beautiful van with Andrei but it was under the expectations.
Andrei was nice and available and we loved travelling around the island, but we had several problems.
First of all we were told we could have been picked up at the airport instead we had to reach Andrei’s place with a taxi (even if Andrei’s place was just 5 minutes by car from the airport it was not the best welcome) and we waited half an hour there. The second day the electrical system went down so we couldn’t use the fridge and the water pump. One of the last mornings the clutch of the van didn’t work anymore: we were completely stuck in a parking aerea. After a videocall with Andrei (that was really nice and available) we managed to make it works again.
The pillows weren’t present and after one day the gas bottle went down.
For the check out we planned to leave the van with the key in front at Andrei’s place in the afternoon but few hours before the check out he told us to come back at a precise hour because of blabla he told us —> in the end the truth was that he had to immediately rent again the van to another girl.
