If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

La location s'est très bien passée: le propriétaire est disponible et conciliant, et la prise en main du véhicule est faite "dans les règles de l'art".
Malgré quelques soucis au niveau du fonctionnement du réfrigérateur et quelques questions sur le camping car pendant le voyage, il a toujours été disponible et réactif.
Nous repartirions sans hésiter avec ce camping car, il nous tarde d'ailleurs déjà de le faire !

C'était notre 1ère expérience en camping car avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants (11 et 14 ans). Tout s'est très bien passé. On a adoré le concept, sans stress et sans organisation au préalable. Le camping car est confortable, spacieux et propre. Le véhicule a 10 ans mais en bonne état. Le prix est très raisonnable comparé à d'autres loueurs. Gaël est très gentil. Il nous a bien tout expliqué et le véhicule est super équipé. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était là. Je le recommande vivement...

Très belle expérience ! Gaël est une personne très agréable et sympathique, très à l'écoute des locataires. Le véhicule est très propre, très bien équipé, jusque dans les moindres détails. Rien ne manque ! Nous recommandons vivement ce camping car !
