Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Increíble el trato recibido, ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. Desde el minuto 1 Walter nos ha acogido y explicado en todo detalle como utilizar su maravillosa Autocaravana. Exquisito y detallista nos ha hecho sentir bienvenidos de inmediato. ¡La autocaravana es un 10! nueva, impecable y no le falta de nada. Servicio excepcional. Walter muy pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades. Autocaravana muy cómoda con todos los complementos que necesitamos incluso WiFi. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestro fin de semana. Un placer despertarse en mitad de la nada. Sin duda volveremos a repetir.

Experiencia inmejorable.
La autocaravana estaba impecable y muy bien equipada con muchísimos extras y todo lo que necesitas para hacer el viaje inolvidable.
Era nuestra primera vez en caravana y no podemos estar más contentos de haber elegido a ruta 40.
Además, Walter nos explico todo a la perfección y estuvo siempre presupuesto a ayudar en caso de necesitarlo.
Sin duda repetiremos.
