If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Valerio è un proprietario gentile e disponibile.
Il camper ha bisogno di una rivisitazione interna generale. L'acqua del lavandino funzionava solo con con l'apertura dell'acqua del bagno (problematica che Valerio alla consegna del camper ha promesso di sistemare) ma intanto il viaggio è stato un continuo riepire il serbatoio. Non è stato possibile usare il tendalino perchè per aprirlo bisognava seguire una procedura di accompagnamento delle asti consigliata dal proprietario, per cui avevamo paura di romperlo e rischiare di dover pagare danni non causati da noi...a mio avviso, un tendalino o si apre o non si apre.
Il motore non ha dato alcun problema.
