If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Lucile est une propriétaire précise, serviable et arrangeante. Ne possédant pas de véhicule, elle a accepté de nous remettre le véhicule à proximité d'une gare de transports publics.
Le van est fonctionnel, astucieusement aménagé, confortable et bien entretenu.
Nous sommes ravis, avant passé d'excellentes vacances et avons découvert "du pays".

Mi pareja y yo alquilamos la furgo durante 1 semana para viajar por los Alpes franceses y el norte de Italia. La furgo es tal cual aparece en las fotos, muy cómoda.
El segundo día tuvimos un problema con el motor del agua y Lucile estuvo muy pendiente de ayudarnos y de compensarnos si no pudiéramos arreglarlo.
¡La experiencia ha sido maravillosa!

La location s'est très bien passée, Lucile et Florian ont été très arrangeant et le van est super pratique et confortable. Pour une première expérience avec un van c'était parfait :)
