Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

È stata la nostra prima esperienza in camper ma abbiamo voluto farla bene: con i nostri 2 bimbi, il cane, all'estero, spostandoci ogni giorno. È andata benissimo! Massimo e Anna sono due persone squisite che sanno comunicare al massimo la loro passione per il camper e la cura che mettono nella loro casa mobile. Sempre a disposizione per rispondere ai dubbi, anche di sera (grazie ancora Anna :)). Consigliatissimi!

Il camper è in ottime condizioni di marcia e di funzionamento, accessoriato di tutto il necessario per godere di una bella vacanza. Al netto delle lenzuola che sono giustamente personali, è potenzialmente possibile prendere le chiavi e partire senza indugi! C'è tutto!
Anna e Massimo sono stati molto gentili e disponibili sia nella fase di prenotazione che di spiegazione del funzionamento del camper con una serie di video esplicativi che risultano molto utili.
Insomma, se volete andare sul sicuro questo è il camper adatto!
