If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Très contente de cette location de van pour profiter d'une semaine dans le parc de Cabo de Gata près d'Almeria. Mirian est très accueillante et très chaleureuse ainsi que son compagnon qui explique parfaitement tous les "trucs" pour faciliter la prise en main du véhicule. Merci et peut-être à bientôt pour réitérer l'aventure

El viaje ha sido genial. La camper de Mirian está muy bien equipada, no le falta detalle, y ella ha sido muy amable. Semanas antes del viaje nos envió información de la zona, y al llegar al punto de encuentro nos explicó como funcionaba todo, ha sido de gran ayuda en el viaje. Sobre todo, hemos estado muy a gusto con el techo elevado, así corre el aire. Todo de 10! Totalmente recomendable :)

La anfitriona fue estupenda, muy atenta y amable. Nos hizo recomendaciones muy útiles y nos entregó la furgo perfectamente acondicionada, equipada y limpia. Volveríamos a repetir la experiencia.
