Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Nous avons apprécié le séjour, camping car au top, propre et spacieux. Propriétaire fort sympathique qui explique très bien comment le gérer.
Je recommande vivement la location, vous pourrez passer de bonne vacances les yeux fermés.

Merci à Luc pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa flexibilité. Le Camping-car est en parfait état et très agréable à conduire . Nos enfants étaient enchantés de ce séjour et nous aussi.

week end parfait , camping car au top , pour une première expérience c'était le rêve . Prochaine fois se sera en famille , ça doit être vraiment génial !!
Merci à Luc et sa femme de leur accueil et gentillesse , et les incendies nous ont jouer des tours sur l'heure de retour mais très bien gère par les proprios !!

Propriétaire super ! Pour une première expérience ses indications, conseils et sa disponibilité nous ont permis de passer un excellent moment. Le camping-car est parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes et correspond exactement à la description de l’annonce. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce camping-car. Merci Luc pour tout !
