Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit Norden Spaniens mit dem Camper von Raul.
Alles war so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben: Der Camper ist sehr charmant und individuell gestaltet, es ist bei der Übernahme wirklich alles vorhanden, was für eine Tour mit einem Camper gebraucht wird.
Raul war für uns immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Immer konnte eine gute Lösung gefunden werden. Und Raul kennt sich im Norden Spaniens wirklich sehr gut aus und hatte immer viele gute und wertvolle Tipps für schöne Strände, Stellplätze, Aussichtspunkte, Wanderrouten, Restaurants etc.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Estupenda furgoneta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de un bonito viaje! Raúl es muy atento y la tiene cuidada al detalle. Sin duda volvería a repetir la experiencia!

We rented Raúl's van for 10 days. Everything was perfect , the van was very clean and ready to go when we picked it up. Raúl gave us a lot of tips about places to go. We had a great time in the van exploring the north of Spain! Totally recommend to rent it!

Días increíbles por el norte gracias a la furgoneta de Raul. Antes de ir le preguntamos por recomendaciones de sitios para comer y dormir, y Raul nos preparó un planning completisimo con todo detalle. La furgoneta tenía de todo lo necesario y estaba muy limpia y ordenada. Sin duda, repetiría.
