Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Tuvimos muchos problemas. La nevera no funcionaba solo con corriente. El agua caliente nunca funcionó. La estufa en lugares fríos no iba. El clackson estaba roto y se nos rompió el rodamiento del coche en < de 300km

Premesso che è stato il mio e nostro primo viaggio di famiglia in camper: siamo andati al mare. complessivamente è andato bene, si vede che il mezzo è vissuto, comunque lo si guida bene, è stabile. e non è mancato nulla. Un piccolo imprevisto al rientro ma tutto sistemato assieme al proprietario che si è dimostrato comunque comprensibile. Nel Camper ci aveva lasciato diverse cose tra cui cibo e qualche coperta, che forse ci ha portato via un po' di spazio per le nostre cose, magari da concordare meglio con il proprietario cosa interessa che ci sia nel Camper. Ripeto è stata la nostra prima esperienza.
