Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Correu tudo muito bem! Fomos bem recebidos pelo Sr. Pedro e sendo a nossa primeira experiência em aluguer de autocaravanas, tivemos dúvidas durante a viagem, dúvidas essas respondidas pelo Sr. Pedro com extrema rapidez (via telemóvel).

Desde o Km 0 em Chaves
Pela mítica Nacional 2 pedalámos
Aldeias e cidades atravessámos
Com a caravana (do Sr. Pedro) nos apoiando
Montes e Vales ultrapassámos
E sem problemas ao Km 738 chegámos.
Não seria sequer preciso falar de questões basicas, tais como limpeza, dizer só que a caravana nos foi entregue devidamente limpa e desinfetada, conforme exigem as atuais circunstâncias.
O Sr. Pedro, foi extremamente atencioso, preocupando-se em dar varios conselhos e dicas, para que a nossa primeira experiência/aventura, recorrendo a caravana, corresse da melhor forma.
Resultado, o Sr. Pedro conseguiu, nunca mais esqueceremos esta experiência que futuramente, tencionamos repetir, e se possível com o Sr. Pedro a nos servir.
