Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La location s'est bien passé pour une première fois. Le propriétaire a été très réactif a ma demande et à mes questions avant le réservation.
La prise en main s'est faite assez rapidement, et je n'avais pas tout saisi notamment sur la vidange des eaux grises !
La semaine en camping car était agréable, 2 adultes + 2 enfants. Il faut vivre au rythme des enfants car ils ont dormi dans le lit a l'avant du camping car. Sinon le véhicule est très bien équipé, et se conduit bien. Une conso d'environ 11-12L/100. Attention tout de même aux appels d'airs qui peuvent surprendre.
Le store banne est très pratique par forte chaleur, la table d'extérieur est très grande.
Avant la restitution nous avons nettoyé le véhicule Interieur + extérieur.
