Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Super séjour, le van est vraiment super confort, nous avons passé notre premier road trip dans le van de Fabien et nous en sommes plus que ravis, une expérience inoubliable.

Nous avons loué le van de Fabien pendant 9 jours pour visiter le pays basque. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, tout particulièrement grâce aux très nombreuses fonctionnalités et au confort de ce van. Fabien est resté très disponible pendant tout le séjour. N'hésitez plus !

10 jours de location avec ce van en camping sauvage, rien ne manque, nous avions tout sauf les toilettes! Douche extérieure eau chaude avec pare-douche à scratcher au coffre très appréciée. Frigo, gaz et évier bien utiles. Conduite parfaite, parking facile, aucun soucis. Nous avons été reçus par la propriétaire très aimable et très arrangeante. Nous recommandons sans problème.
