Cancellation terms

The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Nous avons passé une grosse semaine de vacances dans le van de Yannick. C'était une première et formidable expérience avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Ce format est un bon compromis entre une taille raisonnable qui facilite les manoeuvres et un espace de vie suffisant pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Le van dispose de tout le nécessaire pour le camping (table, chaises, vaisselle etc.). Yannick a été très aidant de la réservation jusqu'à l'après restitution (nous avions oublié quelques affaires dans un rangement) et s'est rendu disponible pour répondre à nos questions durant le trajet. Bref, de belles vacances, nous renouvellerions l'expérience sans hésiter.

L'accueil et la présentation du vèhicule sont clairs. Le propriétaire a mis un garage à disposition pour notre véhicule personnel.
Notre périple scandinave s'est super bien déroulé. Le fourgon de Yannick est top! Fonctionel, bien équipé, agréable à conduire. Bref tout ce qu'il faut pour un road trip réussi.
Je recommande cette location sans mauvaises surprises
