If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Daniel semble avoir un problème avec le ménage. Probablement parce qu'il est un professionnel du domaine. Je veux dire par là qu'il fait énormément de reproches injustifiés et retiens 50€.
le véhicule est bien mais entrenu en dehors du réseau fiat ce qui nous à couté un jour de vacances chez le garagiste (voyant vidange au tableau de bord).

Propriétaire non disponible lors du départ, récupération du véhicule dans un garage. Véhicule très sale, plus de 4 heures de nettoyage à deux, moustiquaire et rideaux tous défectueux, étagères dans le frigo toutes défectueuses. Pas d'explication sur le fonctionnement télé, Clim (ne fonctionne pas) .... pas de livre de bord. véhicule récent, fonctionnel et beau mais bien abîmé.
