Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Uma excelente viatura, bastante económica e com tudo o que é necesssário para uns bons dias de férias. Fizemos parte do Douro Vinhateiro a partir da Régua e subimos até Trás Os Montes, uma autêntica aventura a dois ! O Carlos (irmão do Paulo, proprietário que estava ausente) e o pai, são pessoas espetaculares e muito prestáveis, explicaram tudo muito bem, mostraram e tiveram sempre disponibilidade total para nos ajudar em tudo durante a viagem. Como foi a nossa primeira vez, não podíamos ter cahado com pessoas melhores ! Recomendamos vivamente ! Um grande e sincero muito obrigado ao Carlos, ao pai e também ao Paulo, bem hajam !
