Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19

If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Première expérience réussie ! Véhicule vieillissant mais fait le job 👍 ! Nous sommes allés faire une virée sur la Bretagne pendant 13 j et tout c'est bien déroulé. Quelques problèmes de fonctionnement mais un propriétaire très sympa et disponible. Donc, tout c'est bien passé. Je recommande vivement ce véhicule et son propriétaire !!

Ce fut ma première location de camping car quel plaisir🚐 a nous la liberté euh mais comment fonctionne un camping car ?? David a su immédiatement me rassurer et me mettre naturellement à l’aise en prenant le temps d’expliquer et de me montrer le fonctionnement de son camping car. Il faut dire qu’il est très bien équipé des roues au plafond, nous sommes partie 3 jours en totale independence ce fut une très agréable expérience. Merci beaucoup pour votre patience et merci pour votre Vehicule ce fut un réel plaisir A un très bientôt 😉
