In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La caravana muy Top, nueva y no le falta da nada! Fernando es muy majo y resolutivo; siempre esta disponible por cualquier duda que tengas. No hubo ningun problema de ningun tipo! Si algun dia volvemos por esas zonas, sin ninguna duda le alquilariamos a el.

El dueño de las caravanas muy amable y confiable, nos dejó la caravana en perfecto estado y lista para salir a viajar. La caravana es perfecta, con buen aislamiento para el frio en época de invierno, con calefacción y agua caliente que nos vino genial. Ha sido una gran experiencia y estamos muy agradecidos por todo.

Nosotras éramos principiantes con una Camper pero Fernando no lo explico todo muy bien y hemos disfrutado de un viaje maravilloso , ha sido una experiencia para nosotras y que de seguro que repetiremos.

We had a great trip with Fernandos Van. The Van was very clean and equipped with everthing we needed for our trip. Fernando was very helpful with giving us hints about the van up to hints about where to have a realy good breakfast :). When there where any questions about the technical things of the bus, he was easily to conect via WhatsApp. If we will get back to a camping trip, then of course with a van of Fernando.
