Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Pour nous c'était une première expérience en camping-car et nous avons pas était déçu, véhicule propre autant à l'intérieur que l'extérieur et le propriétaire du véhicule à était très sympa, nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement du camping-car et il est aussi joignable en-cas de problème. Merci à lui.

Farid a été super accueillant, super disponible et nous a bien aidé avec des trucs et asuces pour trouver des aires de campement. Il a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et le camping car était top !

Très belle expérience. Le véhicule est en bon état. Le propriétaire a été très disponible, très sympa, et à l'écoute. Il a su nous rassurer pr cette 1ère expérience de location. A refaire.

Notre location s'est très bien passée.
Mr JAMAI est très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et ce même pendant le voyage.
Il met tout en œuvre pour satisfaire au maximum le locataire.
Le camping car est très confortable.
