Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

I had a brilliant trip to Dartmoor and North Devon with this van. There’s a great view from the seating area, it feels spacious inside, and the portable cooker meant I had the option of cooking outside. I was camping “off grid”, and as long as I’d driven a bit each day there wasn’t any issues with the inverter keeping the fridge/microwave going. There’s also a diesel heater which has a second vent into the cupboard near the sink, which really came in handy for drying my shoes/coat which got drenched on one rainy day.
Paul was really helpful and easy-going. This was the first time I’d driven a van of this size but got accustomed very quickly. Found the reversing camera and sensors really helped with parking. Would definitely consider renting again.

Experiencia magnifica. Paul es una persona encantadora, nos hizo el favor de recogernos y acercarnos a la estación de bus de Bournemouth, muy simpático , facil comunicación y correcto en todo momento. La furgoneta es perfecta, se duerme muy bien, agua, luz, nevera, donde cargar tu teléfono, todo perfecto. No hay ducha pero seguro que podrás encontrar o apañartelas, en Reino Unido hay muchos sitios y area de servicio donde conseguir lo que necesites. Durdle door, Seven Sisters - Girling gap Beach - Beachy Head, Brighton y Portsmouth, visitas obligatorias. Recomendable 100%, gracias Paul por todo. Espero que te vaya genial!
