If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Fantastico viaje! Inolvidable para nuestra hija de 6 años.
Estuvimos 5 días recorriendo Pirineos, Euskadi y Navarra durante el més de septiembre.
Era nuestra primera experiencia en autocaravana y ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas. La autocaravana es comodísima, fácil de conducir, limpia y equipada a tope. Además para los más peques tienen una temática infantil a elegir.
Mar y Oliver fueron desde el primer momento muy amables y estuvieron siempre en contacto para resolvernos dudas y darnos consejos, incluso nos prepararon videos de uso de las cosas más complejas de la autocaravana.
Sin duda repetiremos. Recomendadísimos!

Trato muy amable y profesional, a la vez que familiar.
Ha sido nuestro primer alquiler y te resuelven todas las dudas que tienes en todo momento.
En esta ocasión, hemos hecho un viaje en familia (con nuestros tres hijos) por el norte de España y ha estado genial.
Cuando recoges la autocaravana, tienen detalles con los peques que no te esperas.
En resumen, una experiencia estupenda.
