If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Le contact avec le propriétaire a été parfait et il a répondu à l'ensemble de mes questions. En revanche, aucun contact avec la plateforme yescapa ( a part des échanges de mails), y compris pour la gestion de la caution. C'est bien dommage. Un peu d'échange serait le bienvenu.

La location s'est très bien déroulée. Le fourgon est propre, bien agencé et aménagé.
1er roadtrip pour moi... et en solo.

Après une remise en mains très attentionnée du véhicule, nous avons fait un road trip idyllique en France. Le véhicule est confortable et fonctionnel à tous points de vue et répondait parfaitement à notre souci de découvrir la vie nomade et les petites routes de notre pays. Le contact avec Roland et son épouse a été excellent et se prolongera sans doute. Nous recommandons à 100% ce propriétaire.
