Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

El fin de semana ha estado genial. Antonio es el anfitrión perfecto. Antes de la salida ya nos indicó posibles rutas. El primer día nos surgieron dos dudas que nos resolvió al momento. Nos ha dado todo tipo de facilidades. La autocaravana está en perfectas condiciones. Es espaciosa y muy cómoda. La calefacción funciona perfectamente. Repetiremos.

Antonio estuvo siempre disponible para ayudar, muy simpático, pero la caravana no estaba bien limpia. El frigorífico estaba muy muy sucio (Preto de bolor - no lo utilizamos casi porque no se podía). El depósito de agua no estaba lleno (después de una ducha tuvimos que llenarlo). El depósito del baño tenía caca que no era nuestra. Lo peor fue el olor a alcantarilla durante el viaje del depósito de la agua. Sin embargo, tuvimos un viaje muy bueno, solo la limpieza de la autocaravana no fue la mejor.

It was an incredible experience with Antonio's motorhome. We have seen a lot of beautiful place thanks to it. Antonio is a really nice person, who has helped us a lot to plan our trip in Mallorca. I recommend his camping-car.
