If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Ha ido tod genial. La furgo era tal cual estaba en la descripción, todo el proceso de recogida fue rápido y Raul nos dió todas las explicaciones que necesitábamos. Las pequeñas dudas que surgieron se solucionaron rápido por mensaje y la devolución también fue muy fácil. Una experiencia muy buena, recomendable y para repetir.

La experiencia desde luego ha sido fantástica pero nos ha quedado una sensación agridulce.
Al recoger la autocaravana una de las botellas de propano no era nueva y de echo se agotó prácticamente al siguiente día del uso. Es por eso que al devolverla nosotros hicimos lo propio y la devolvimos con una nueva y otra ya usada.
El propietario considera que debemos pagarle una nueva porque según él tener que ir a comprarla a le supone mucho problema. Esto, teniendo en cuenta que teníamos una gasolinera justo a 100 metros de donde recogimos la autocaravana nos parece una excusa de los más simple. Sobretodo también porque una nueva botella de butano cuesta la fortuna de 10 euros y a nosotros no se nos dieron dos botellas de gas nuevas al empezar el viaje.
Tenemos que decir que del resto no tenemos quejas. La autocaravana nos encantó y hicimos un viaje por la costa del País Vasco genial.
