The motorhome must be returned clean and at check-out time. You must bring the full diesel tank, the cassette empty and clean. If cleaning requirements are not met, an additional € 50 cleaning fee will be charged.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Le voyage avec le camping car de Tadeu a été excellent. Tadeu est une personne très accueillante et disponible qui nous a tout de suite mis en confiance. Le camping car loué était très fiable (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas avec d'autres loueurs) et l'intérieur très confortable et de bonne qualité. À refaire !

we had a great road-trip to north galizia with Tadeau's campervan. the campervan is in a good but used condition, everything worked perfectly. Tadeau was very friendly and gave us all the informations we needed. thanks again!

Camper perfetto, utilizzato per una settimana, tutto funzionante e il proprietario super disponibile nelle spiegazioni e anche al telefono durante il viaggio nel caso dimenticassimo qualcosa. Lo raccomando!

Merci pour votre disponibilité et pour le confort de votre camping car ! Le véhicule est équipé de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. Le propriétaire est très disponible pour expliquer dans le détail tout ce qu'il faut savoir pour utiliser le camping car. C'est aide est très précieuse.

Gostamos muito da experiência em todos os sentidos. O senhor Tadeu foi muito prestável e simpático, aconselhou-nos, tirou todas as dúvidas que nos iam surgindo e orientou-nos de forma muito prática acerca de todo o funcionamento da Autocaravana.
