Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

A autocaravana está excelente, muita limpa e cuidada, e o Sr. Luís foi muito atencioso, sempre disponível para qualquer explicação m! Foi a nossa primeira viagem e tivemos todo o acompanhamento, correu tudo lindamente. Recomendo!

Tivemos a primeira experiência numa viagem em autocaravana e, desde o primeiro contacto, o proprietário mostrou bastante disponibilidade. Mostrou-nos o veículo sem qualquer compromisso para percebermos como funciona e deu todas as instruções. A autocaravana está muito bem estimada e não falta nada. Durante a viagem, o Luís foi também muito prestável sempre que ligamos com algum dúvida. Sem dúvida uma experiência a repetir!
