If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Contentísimos tanto con el vehículo como con los dueños. Los propietarios super amables que nos ayudaron en todo momento incluso con los contratiempos que nos surgieron durante el viaje.

Todo salió a pedir de boca. La caravana, nueva, espaciosa y muy bien equipada. Los dueños, encantadores y atentos. Y además tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre. Repetiremos

Muy buena experiencia con la autocaravana de Alberto, nos explicaron el funcionamiento y el papeleo con todo los detalles y con mucha amabilidad. Se adaptaron al horario de recogida y entrega y estuvieron atentos a todas las dudas que no surgían. Totalmente recomendable. La autocaravana muy cuidada y limpia, si duda para repetir.
