Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Camper nuovo, pulito, confortevole, ben equipaggiato e spazioso.
Il letto basculante che scende sopra la dinette senza renderla del tutto inagibile è il gran pregio di questo mezzo, dove lo spazio letto disponibile è raddoppiato conservando l’agilità di guida tipica dei camper furgonati.
Sergio è molto simpatico, disponibile e corretto.
Noleggiare il suo camper è stata decisamente un’esperienza positiva, che consiglio.

We spent a wonderful trip with the van. The vehicle suits the description, it is clean and new. It has everything you need (kitchen tools, shower, outside set, gas bottle etc...). I definitly recommend this rent. Sergio has been really helpful to find what we needed for enjoying our holidays. The explanations were complete and clear. Thanks again Sergio.
